Loewen ('16) selected to represent Team Canada in the 2026 World Baseball Classic!

Congratulations to Carter Loewen ('16) on being selected to represent Team Canada in the 2026 World Baseball Classic!

Carter played for Abbotsford from 2013-2016, where he was a standout pitcher for the the Cardinals. He was drafted in the 40th round of the MLB Draft in 2016, and attended the University of Hawaii.

Carter currently plays for the El Paso Chihuahuas, the Triple-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres.
